Granada is the capital of the Spanish province of the same name. The city is located in Andalusia in southern Spain, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and have around 250 000 inhabitant.
During the 13th and 14th century, the castle and castle area of Alhambra was built, complete with gardens and palaces. It is considered today to be one of the world’s foremost architectural works and is part of UNESCO’s World Heritage List.
